Hello Leroy! We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us. This is Malcolm. We sincerely apologize for not being able to ship your order early. I will reach out to you today to improve your experience. Furthermore, I really enjoyed speaking with you over the phone and working with you on this order. I am sincerely happy to hear it arrived in great condition and works great for you. I want to make sure that you are happy with this order even after it got delivered because I personally took care of it. On the 22nd of September, we were informed by our supplier that there was a slight price increase for this item. We decided to give expedited shipping for free because we truly appreciate that you chose us to ship the Premier Vacuum Pump to you. On the 30th of September, your order shipped and we provided the tracking information as soon as we received it. We will strive to learn and improve from this feedback. Thank you and have a great day!
