Hello Rachelle, Thank you so much for your review, it is much appreciated :) After checking your order, I can see that a shipping update email was sent to your inbox with the tracking number USPS: LR036484138NL. Your item is already on its way and has been shipped, please also check your spam/junk email in case it did not arrive in your main folder. At Luxurz we have different delivery options that are displayed at checkout and are free to choose based on customer needs and delivery timeframes are also displayed at checkout. Standard delivery: USPS ( 9-11 days) Express: DHL (48 H) Express: UPS (48H) After checking your order, I can see that you have chosen the standard delivery option with USPS (9-11 days) I hope this information helps you to further clarify the status of your order. I wish you a wonderful day. Kind regards, Michael Customer Service Manager Luxurz Support Team
