My experience with Luxden Dental Center was terrible. The staff was rude and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome from the start. My appointment was delayed by over an hour without any explanation or apology. The dentist seemed rushed and inattentive, barely listening to my concerns. To top it off, the billing process was a nightmare with unexpected charges and no clear explanation. I felt overcharged and underappreciated. When I tried to address these issues with customer service, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. This visit was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend Luxden Dental Center to anyone looking for professional and respectful dental care.
