I ordered 2 inhalers for a friend, they were delivered and then confusingly sent back to the company according to my tracking app. I reached out via email 3 times. No response or refund, also sent a message through their website. Very unhappy with their customer service, do not recommend.

Placed an order on 8/21. On 8/28, it's still sitting in CA! After reading other reviews, it is clear there is an issue at Luvv with their shipping operation. #1 complaint from reviews is shipping. It's my first order and now I'm wondering if I'll even get it.
