Love the product just that it that's to long before getting the order

Not quite what I was expecting. But it is nice just not that quality made for the price.

I ordered 13 door mats. Took a while for them to deliver and was giving 2 different tracking numbers. Thought it was a scam but what a wonderful surprise when they arrived. Beautiful..however a little thin. I'm very satisfied with my products

When I first received the ornaments I was disappointed because the color was not bright as I expected. After a couple of weeks, I received an email from Luvingrace that I needed to remove the covering from them. I am thinking this happened to others. My only suggestion would be to include that information with the original order regularly. Once that covering was removed, they are beautiful and I am totally satisfied.

Love it but its just too thin, needed more body for stability.

The customer service was great. The product, not so much. It is overprice.

Still waiting, that's all
