I bought an anklet that was not at all as pictured. It was $25 for a cheap silver string. Sca.mwrs.

I got worried when after a week I hadn't heard anything. I'm used to fast communication, so I emailed them. Wow, Heather was amazing. She got back to me right away, explained the time frame and even made sure they emailed me when my products hit shipping. Overall a great experience. Shipping is about 3 weeks to Canada. Product arrived in great condition. Very beautiful. Already worn the one chain out to a party and received many compliments. One person even asked where i bought them.

The product arrived broken and not even assembled correctly. Customer service asked for a photo (which I supplied) and then sent an auto reply saying that they couldn't see the photo which was clearly visible in their reply to me. I sent the photo several times and got the same autoreply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
