These guys are great. Though we were nervous about placing such a large order online, Jacob and Dylan were incredibly helpful and attentive -- and the delivery made it quickly across the country and arrived with everything in perfect shape. The floor looks amazing. I highly recommend Lumberjack Direct.

We did have some problems with the product, however, I am giving them a five star review for the way they handled the problems. We ordered gemcore onyx flooring. On the 1st shipment there were 14 flawed boards. Most of them were from the suppliers quality control where they were discolored and had some type of glue on them and then marked with a black marker next to the flaws. They put them in the cartons and shipped them anyway. This was bad quality control on the suppliers part. This created a shortage which started the next issue of receiving several broken boards. It was extremely frustrating. Our project took much longer and created a huge issue for our contractor. This project was for our cabin 150 miles away. Although there was not any compensation for the delays and the amount of trips my contractor had to make lumberjack direct, Jacob Kear, did respond quickly and acted quickly to ship more product to us. He also refunded for the damaged and flawed pieces. He was always responsive and friendly and that goes a long way. I would order from them again.
