Lumberjack DirectReviews of lumberjackdirect.com

My experience with Lumberjack Direct was super positive. I purchased 1200sq ft. and it was delivered with in a week. The quality was exactly what I expected for my budget. I had one box that was damaged and a few color variation issues with a couple boxes. Lumberjack direct understood my issue and resolved it immediately. Dylan and Jacob are top notch when it comes to running a business with amazing customer service. Thanks guys! The floors look great! Mike -Napa, Ca

This company was great. Took the time to send samples and didn’t get frustrated because it took me almost a year to decide on my floor and the price point was good.

Ordering online was flawless. Delivery arrive in about a week and was in perfect condition. Highly recommend Lumberjack Direct.

Awesome company

We had some hiccups with the delivery but they helped us sort it out and made sure we had all the flooring we needed to complete the job. They were easy to get ahold of and seemed yo genuinely care.

I can't say enough about Lumberjackdirect! I moved into a home 2 years ago. I have 3/4 hardwood thru out the house, but it was a area that still had carpet. I searched everywhere to find the exact hardwood only to find out it had been discontinued. I called Lumberjack and they were able to locate the square footage i needed. I want to say the last boxes of this hardwood period. I had a shipping issue and they took care of it no question asked. Great business
