Dreadful service , placed my order late July have still not received it or indeed any explanation as to what’s happening with it . Have emailed numerous times BobbyMiller hotmail account without any reply . Absolutely disgusted with the company and my advice is to avoid dealing with them .

I purchased a Lull mattress for approximately $2,000 in November 2024. I chose Lull in part because it came with a limited lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, when I actually needed that warranty, Lull did not stand behind it. The mattress was barely over a year old when the zipper on the mattress cover began coming apart. I submitted a warranty claim, but Lull denied it. I called customer service and was told that because the zipper was not broken when the mattress was delivered, it was not covered under the warranty. That explanation is difficult to understand. A manufacturing or material defect doesn't necessarily show up on the day a product is delivered. That's precisely why warranties exist. I reviewed Lull's own warranty language, and it specifically lists zipper flaws and defects in the mattress cover as covered defects, excluding damage caused by misuse. The mattress has been used normally and has not been abused or misused. Unfortunately, the problem didn't stop with the zipper. The mattress has continued to deteriorate and is now sagging badly enough that we can no longer sleep on it. We are now faced with replacing a mattress that cost approximately $2,000 and is less than two years old. What makes this especially frustrating is that Lull advertises a lifetime warranty, yet when the mattress developed problems during normal use, the company found a reason not to honor it. I don't expect a mattress to last forever, but I absolutely expect a $2,000 mattress to last more than a year or two. And if a company advertises a lifetime warranty, I expect that company to stand behind it when something goes wrong. In my experience, Lull has failed on both counts: the product failed prematurely, and the company failed to stand behind its warranty. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering a Lull mattress look very carefully at the warranty and, more importantly, consider how Lull handles warranty claims when you actually need them

My bed frame broke because the screws that held two of the bed frames together failed. I had to reinforce all four corners with additional screws but I still don’t trust it. Also, if the supporting boards in the middle are not exactly on the right or left side (left or right of the center), then they will fall out. I am replacing the wooden frame with a metal frame. Just me that sleeps on it, no bouncing, just sitting on the edge to get dressed and sleeping at night. Too much drama to get a good night’s sleep.

When i first got this bed,California king mattress, I thought it was the best bed I've ever had. Ive had it for 8 years. Around 7 years the support in it has started to decline. Lately the support in the mattress has drastically went down. Visually the mattress is fine. Ive tried calling them and saying lately this mattress has been hurting my back and I keep sinking into the middle of it. They sent me a topper for it. But that maybe lasted a week. My back is in constant pain. I felt like I just got the run around. With little to no avail. I am a bigger guy around 340. My back is just getting worse with this mattress. They want pictures if it, if it has 1.5 inches of sag but it doesn't have sag. It just bounces back. Ive slept on the edges and no matter what I wake up in a hole in the middle. When I first lay down its fine but after like 20 minutes or 30 minutes it just feels like my hips are laying on the boards underneath. I loved this bed when i purchased it. but idk if I will be a return customer to them. The mattress looks to be in good condition but when you get on it, the mattress is fine thats the memory foam of it. It will bounce back.. but the sag after relaxing is killing my back. I was 400 pounds I lost over 100 and got back up to 400. Ive been losing again and its just not helping. I know being a big guy is my problem. And maybe my weight cause the damage itself. But im going to be looking else where soon.

The mattress is comfortable, and the frame pretty. the bedding is very nice, on the product its nice. Company communication, awful!!! Everything but the mattress shipped immediately and showed up within the 4 day mark. The mattress I got radio silence on...Since I ordered March 14th, I waited until the 18th to inquire by Chat. I got told "I am part of a small group of orders that has been delayed and we are monitoring your order closely. Thanks much and have a great day" waited another 4 days...still silence and this time called...immediately get this canned voice message about the email I have obviously received and due to Covid they are facing shipping delays. Again I get told my order is being monitored. As they are about to hang up, I push and demand further information....3-10 days and it should ship. You will be emailed with an update. 4 days later, still silence Now its the 22nd, and still silence. No email, no information outside of when I call. I call back and demand information, now its 3-15 BUSINESS days, and can they give me discount off my next order. That was disappointing. They are going to email me as soon as they have an update. March 28th, still absolute silence unless i call and inquire. I have given them more time, checked all over the website for any notice of delays and nothing. All of this product is sitting useless in my house without the mattress. I call in and now its going to be another 3-10 BUSINESS days. I asked..where is your communication? Where is your follow up, I have never received an email. On this call, I explained that they had have my mattress on my door step by April 4th, or I would be calling back and canceling my entire order. I would expect shipping for all the other products, as they are sitting in my home unusable. Mattress mystically magically shipped, and appeared on my doorstep on April 4th Disappointed and expected more

This was a very pleasant purchase experience. The company was quick to respond to my order and I received the order confirmation shortly after placing the order. My item was shipped within 2 days of placing the order and arrived within the shipping window advertised on their website. I was a bit disappointed with the shipping packaging because the pillow was shipped solely in its own packaging and no outer packaging. The box arrived damaged and while the product was fine, this would have been unappealing if I had purchased this as a gift someone. For this reason, I have downgraded my rating to 4 stars. The quality of this pillow is extremely good. It is soft and fluffy with a nice smooth cotton exterior and overall exceeded my expectations. I was excited to try it out last night and was surprised at how comfortable it was. I like it so much that I may just have to purchase one for my husband! I would definitely buy from this company again and would recommend them to my friends and family.
