Lowest Cost ELDT is an FMCSA-registered Entry-Level Driver Trainingprovider serving new commercial drivers in all 50 states.Entry-Level Driver Training became mandatory in February 2022 foranyone applying for a first-time Class A or Class B CDL, upgradingfrom Class B to Class A, or adding a Hazmat, Passenger or School Busendorsement. We built this service because that requirement madegetting started as a driver more expensive than it needed to be.We offer six courses: Class A CDL, Class B CDL, Class B to Class AUpgrade, Hazmat Endorsement, Passenger Endorsement and School BusEndorsement. Each one costs a flat $20. There are no registrationfees, no processing charges and no upsells — the price you see is theprice you pay.Every course covers the full FMCSA theory curriculum and is deliveredonline and self-paced, on any phone, tablet or computer. You can stopand resume whenever you like. Once you pass the final assessment, wesubmit your completion record directly to the FMCSA Training ProviderRegistry and you receive your certificate by email. Behind-the-wheeltraining is completed separately with a range-certified provider.Carriers and CDL schools training multiple drivers can request volumepricing.
