User interface is hard to understand
User interface is hard to understand. Dropped my work trailer off at job site and it shows it is at some random location about 5 miles away. Stayed that way for a month while on job. It’s useless if it shows the wrong location. Am I right?!

Hello Kristian, sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced with our tracking device. I have reviewed your account and I see that the device has a signal level of about 25%. If our GPS tracking devices are unable to get a signal, we use Cell Towers to try and locate your device. Unfortunately, cell tower location is not nearly as accurate as GPS. Please reach out to our support team when you get a free moment to get this resolved. 99% of the time this problem is due to an installation problem. For example, if this is installed inside a metal box, that will block the signal. Our support engineers can help you find a good spot for your device which will bring accuracy back up to 3-5ft.
