Unprofessional handling and poor customer experience
There is little to say about Lone Peak Dental Group beyond consistently poor service and deeply unprofessional customer service representatives. Disappointment was unavoidable. Expectations were raised by managers only to be completely crushed by reality. When concerns were brought up, responses came across as dismissive disrespectful and painfully unprofessional leaving a lasting negative impression of the company.
