I have no criticism. Once we have the final design complete and delivered, I will be better placed to give honest feedback. So far, responses have been timely and co operative. If the final design results in sales, then we know we will have made the correct choice.

When starting the process of creating a company logo I had a specific picture/logo in mind - being sure that my idea is perfect. Receiving 4 different design suggestions gave me the possibility to take a step back and reflect and get a great solution/logo.

Happy with the outcome although the process is a little staggered as all communication is via Email.

Competitive and punctual. I had a custom drawn logo designed and it was done reasonably quickly with only 3 revisions before i was happy with the final product. Would rate them 5 out of 5 but i felt like there was a very slight air of up selling with most the interactions i had with them. All round though would recommend, much better service than any of the other sites out there.
