The ordering process is very easy. The order turn around time was decent. The hats are of good quality, and the embroidery is spot on. Very pleased with the work!

I was disappointed I couldn’t order on line since it wouldn’t accept any size selection. I had to call, but the person I talked to was amazing and helpful - got it done. Then I rec’d the invoice but it had no way for me to pay. I had to call again and they rebilled with the correct button to allow payment. Again, the person was very helpful, but not feeling good about being able to buy from your site.
