LogomakrReviews of logomakr.com

After I made my logo I realized that the format of the file that I started with was wrong (thanks to Logomakr) and that the files I received weren't right as a result. I reached out to them and they fixed and improved my finished product. They even took the time to educate me and sent me a whole 2 minute video with explanations on how to do it differently and better next time. They went out of their way and responded very quick to help make my logo great!

This is one of the BEST companies I have worked with in a long time! Quality people that are not afraid to go the extra mile for you. I needed help on my logo after dealing with some transparency issues from my end, and this fix would have taken me several hours/days to complete. They took care of it for me!! How's that for customer service!! Shout out to Shirley as well. You are a true asset to your company!! Many thanks to you and your fine team at Logo Makr.

Expierenced some of the best customer service of the last decade. Had an issue with sizing of the images on certain platforms and about yanked my hair out before asking for help in an email. Manager of the site zoom called me within 30 minutes and walked me through what I needed to do as well as provided some complimentary services including resizing and a quick redisgn of some images could have charged me more but didn't. He was quick to respond, very educated on the topic.

such an amazing team of people to work with. Coming from the service industry as a CSM. I will say I dealt with world class professionals. Thanks.

Needed a high-quality logo FAST and Logomakr delivered! Easy to use, incredible options, and the quality that you get for the price is OFF THE CHARTS!!! I HIGHLY recommend Logomakr if you need a logo that you want to design yourself or have someone else do it.

Gave me the best customer service I have ever had from a tech company!

Great customer service! Logo design is not my field of expertise so I knew the finished design would not be 100%. I was having issues with the centering of all the layers within my logo. After reaching out to their customer service, they had their team of professionals make quick work of the issue, free of cost. Now my logo looks 100% I am very pleased with the result.
