I filled out the Contact form and within a day i received a response from Danny of the support staff. His response was helpful but i had another question which he also answered promptly. Problem solved! Thanks Danny.

This has been a truly profound experience. I hadn’t revisited my childhood memories in years, but the thoughtful prompts provided incredible insight into how my early life shaped the person and partner I am today. Because my parents passed away many years ago, this journey gave me a beautiful, unexpected sense of closeness to them that I haven't felt in decades. My daughter gave me this as a Christmas gift, and I am so grateful that my adult children will now have this cherished window into my world.
