The Tuscan Blue Rosemary plant (and eco pot) I ordered earlier this week was delivered to my daughter in Minnesota this morning. It arrived in great condition, very green and fresh, with a lovely aroma. Shipping time of four days did not adversely affect it at all. She is very pleased and so am I. Thank you for the great service and support.

When a gift plant arrived in less than perfect condition, I contacted Lively Root and they apologized and quickly sent me a replacement. Their customer service is the best I've ever seen!

There was an issue with one of the original plants I received. However I brought it to the attention of the customer service crew and was more than taken care. Love the plants and customer service is incredible.

Love the customer service just as much as I love the plants! I ordered a plant that happened to be out of stock, and they were amazing at helping me swap things around! Honestly, the best customer service team to work with - hands down. And the plants are perfect. I really love this company!!!!

I received a plant that’s leaves were crooked from shipping. I emailed a picture and they replaced it without any back and forth. Great service!

I am new to Lively Root and was looking for some new plant additions. One of my deliveries was initially damaged and the wonderful customer staff at Lively Root immediately offered a replacement for me, modified the delivery method and it arrived today in perfect condition. I highly recommend Lively Root for all your plant needs and their customer service is above and beyond!

Very responsive, proactive and friendly customer service. They even tried to call rather than email to get things settled faster! They followed up with me before I followed up with them. Thanks!
