LipojaroReviews of lipojarosupplement.shop

LipoJaro is a total scam. Their customer service is terrible. I used the product without success and when I asked for a refund they jerked me around for over two months asking the same questions repeatedly. They told me that if I returned empty or partially empty bottles their value would be deducted from any refund and I would be refunded for only unopened bottles which goes against their online product guarantee and return policy. Then they ignored me for a month. When I inquired about the status of my request, they told me to reread their return policy and if I hadn’t yet returned the product I was outside their timeline. Their website is full of misleading information and empty promises. Do not waste your money on LipoJaro.

After receiving my order, I decided this was not for me. I did everything they asked to receive a refund. They gave me the round- a-round. Kept asking for the same information multiple times. Could tell they have no intention of refunding my money. Saw on other reviews that multiple people have had the same experience. Run from this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Got Lipo Jaro for my Mom. It's a company based out of Aurora, Colorado. They stated on their return policy that if the customer wasn't pleased with results that they would get a full refund. She got three bottles, and has used one. They said that if you just sent the bottles back you would get a refund. She wants to send the two full bottles back and the one empty bottle as well, just as they stated. Customer service has done nothing but play email games with her and now they are entirely ignoring her. This product did absolutely nothing for her, and their return policy is a complete lie. I do not recommend doing business with these people as they do not in any way keep their end of the bargain. She used the product exactly as stated and followed everything she was to do. Now they won't bother doing what they said they would do. Simply give her a refund. Unacceptable business practice!!!!
