The support staff has been fantastic. They'll help you work through any complications of the self install with a smile on their face...which is rare to find in customer service these days. I highly recommend them.

Super easy to install and excellent service was always available along the way when needed. I am extremely pleased with the service and the technology using the secure s-line frequency. Smooth integration with alarm.com, garage openers etc. Highly recommended.

I've been with Link Interactive now for 2 months and so far the experience has been great. The system was easy to install and works great. I had a couple of minor issues and Support was great in helping out. The time I had to wait was minimal and their answers were clear and helpful. Thankfully I have not had to use the system yet and hope I never have to, but it is nice to know its there just in case.

I worked with Jose Sandoval to decide about ny system. I switched from Lifeshield to Link Interactive because of him! He was not pushy like other companies, and he was willing to work with me to make the system affordable and exactly what I need. I just received the system and haven't worked to set it up yet, but I'm very excited!
