Third time gets the bad review. First time the driver made a mistake and I let it go, second time the dispatcher wrote the wrong address but the third time the dispatcher wrote the wrong date so I was left waiting. When I called the company noone answered and I had to miss - but still pay for - a very expensive detal procedure because of the dispatchers' mistake. This "company" is a guy that answers the phone, via an answering service. They hire a freelance driver and they charge premium fees. When I had a problem there was noone to talk to. They did refund my money but I still had to pay the dentist. Never again.
