Buyer beware
Buyer beware. All the claims of support are out the window once they have your money. It was a mess from start with saying with a credit score of over 800 financing would be at a low interest rate. Once a payment is agreed upon, they send the bank a different version of the sale to “consolidate” what you’re actually buying. We wanted to pay up front for the equipment and were talked out of it. What a mistake!!! Then we were told shipping of the equipment was included in our price and when we showed up for training Gordon tried squeezing 3K out of us to ship it even after sales rep said it was included in our total cost. Training was one day of wasted story telling before actually doing hands on. Was told marketing would get everything up and running within two weeks. Our training was in April and marketing campaign never launched until July. Was told it would be marketed via Meta and Google. Well, the Google campaign never happened. The first two plus weeks they didn’t even have our correct business phone number and took forever to fix. They were slow to respond to requests to fix the number and email addresses they had wrong as well. We were sent a link from Marcus to upload photos to out in the ad and photos were never added to the page. Again, no communication as to why or return calls or emails. We were supposed to be added as admins to our page to make changes and never got that information to log into our own page. I would not suggest dealing with them. We have spoken to others who were in class with us and other business owners who as well have had a horrible experience with them. My opinion, I believe they are working with the finance company on kick backs to get them financed at ridiculous rates and an early payoff gets you no break. Lesson learned not doing enough research on them. These people will calm you day and night while in the process but once you’ve signed, they are done with you. Dante, Marcus, Gordon, none have the decency to return calls to fix problems. If this business is truly what you want, seek another company before settling for these people.

Jeff, We understand that life can sometimes serve up a curve ball and that unexpected events can be very stressful. In your review above you have entirely omitted the relevant facts and you have painted a very lopsided picture of what really happened. The truth is that at the start you took on an elderly partner who quit with you shortly afterwards and then you injured your back and couldn't do the work anymore. Your wife Melanie called us on Oct 9th and told us that was the case and you wouldn't be continuing in the business. Neither of those facts are mentioned in your review. Why is that? Your decision to quit was based entirely on these two factors. We fullfilled our obligations to you by providing a heavily discounted but comprehensive equipment package, personalized 3 day training in the business operation and followup support and advertising campaign. The advertising we did on your behalf provided you with over 90 live curbing business leads and you failed to do the minimum follow up that is necessary to set appointments and do quotes. We created a FaceBook Page for you and sent you the admin access via your FaceBook App. You failed to accept the invitation sent by FaceBook. We set up your FaceBook ad account and ran ads, providing leads and our staff had multiple video calls helping you, Jeffrey and Tony to access your Deal Driver CRM, make all the changes you requested and answer all your questions. Via email we provided you with admin access to all your online assets including Facebook and we have emailed you an answer to all requests you've made. At the beginning you did follow up a few of the leads but in August you simply stopped following them up. Your last use of the system was on Sep 9th and you have ignored the leads generated before then and since. Our software tells us that you stopped following up and though we continued generating new leads until Oct 6th 2025 you even blocked our emails so they do not get delivered. You had total access to these leads from your Deal Driver CRM anytime you chose but you did not even log in to do so. We are sure the dozens of prospects we generated for you that you have not responded to, would have appreciated your response. We do understand that your helper Tony didn't work out for you and we offered to train new people at no cost to you - but you declined. At Lil' Bubba we are renowned for our exemplary service, support and followup. We built this stellar reputation over the last 35+ years and we continue to set a high standard delivering what we promise. There are hundreds of owners around USA making a great living every day with Lil' Bubba curb machines. We are very sorry that we have not lived up to your expectations, but we are not the reason you failed to operate your business. We are still here and still able to assist you with your curbing business whenever you need assistance. Lil' Bubba Team.
