Ich hatte Probleme mit meinem PC in Sachen LightBurn, Kundenservice eine Mail geschrieben, das Probleme erklärt. Der Kundenservice hat sich sehr schnell gemeldet und mein Problem war Geschichte, der Kundenservice konnte perfekt helfen und nun Funktioniert alles wie erwartet zu 100 % und möchte den Kundenservice noch mal vielen lieben Dank sagen. Das ist für mich Kundenservice kompetent und Hilfsbereit.

Had a problem with the latest issue I emailed lightburn and got a detailed description of how to put it right ,but not being in to computer's , except for using it to work my laser I managed to get it going ,but when I switched it on later it had the same problem,I informed lightburn and they emailed me an idiot proof way which I could understand, just like to thank them for there help and patience Ray Smith.
