Mediocre Experience
Got my Lexus in August 2024. It was a cash transaction but nevertheless, it took over 4 hours to deal with the paperwork plus unexpected hidden fees that my sales representative kept bringing after each visit to the manager's office. Eleven months later, I'm still waiting for them to provide me with my car title. Multiple calls, texts and emails with the same response always: Thank you for your patience. We'll communicate with you when we have information about your title. Really? Any decently competent customer service would find out what's going on with a few clicks on their keyboards. They simply don't care. Nobody is trying to help. In the meanwhile, I've been driving my car for almost one year without the proof that I actually own it. What a joke of a car dealer. Get your Lexus somewhere else!
