Dear Juan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As this is the first review received by our store, we would like to assure you that we take your concerns very seriously and are committed to addressing them thoroughly and professionally. We understand how concerning it can be to receive a delivery notification while being unable to locate your package. Following your report, we carefully reviewed the carrier's delivery records and obtained the corresponding proof of delivery. According to the carrier, the shipment was delivered in person on June 1, 2026, to the shipping address provided with the order. The delivery documentation also references the recipient name associated with the order and a recorded signature. We have already reached out to you directly and remain actively engaged in investigating this matter. We kindly ask that you continue checking with any individuals who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf and verify all possible delivery locations associated with the address provided. Please be assured that if the carrier's investigation ultimately confirms that the shipment has been lost or misdelivered, we will gladly arrange a replacement for you. At Levaxco, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we remain committed to finding a fair resolution. We appreciate your patience and cooperation while the investigation is ongoing. Kind regards, Levaxco Support
