Rapyd Cloud has been fantastic. When the recent WordPress supply chain attack news came out, I panicked, but Shahzeb walked me through everything step by step, checked my site personally, and confirmed it was safe. The support was patient, clear, and reassuring throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them for anyone running a WordPress site. I give 5 STARS.

Niranjan from Rapyd Cloud was so helpful in updating my site. I am not that knowledgable, but he certainly is and was extremely patient with me. I am hugely grateful.

I’ve been using Rapyd Cloud for my website, which is quite complex with large live streaming sessions, a growing video library, and many logged-in members at the same time. After the latest upgrade and improvements, including Cloudflare CDN integration, the performance has been outstanding. I recently ran a live session with chat, and everything worked perfectly — fast loading, stable streaming, and no issues at all. Even under load, the server remained efficient with low resource usage. What really stands out is the support. The team monitored my live session, optimized the setup, and ensured everything was running smoothly. That level of support is rare. That's why I'm writing the review again, For anyone running a membership site, LMS, or live streaming platform on WordPress, I can highly recommend Rapyd Cloud. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The support team is second to none! they are fast and complete

While the AI bot isn't too helpful, repeating the same advice over and over although I'd already said it hadn't worked, once I was transferred to an actual person the service was first class. Sachin was able to fix the problem in just a few minutes and get everything back on track. Thank you, Sachin!

Perfect, Literally next level. These guys know their stuff.
