Very pleased with my Chicago Bears Hoodie! Price, quality, delivery and customer service were all top notch. Communication, too. Five stars all around! Thanks to David & Musfata for their excellent assistance.

I recently ordered a hoodie for my granddaughter for Christmas. I paid the added fee for guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I commend William for his outstanding customer service. He went over & above to reassure me that despite the narrow timeline as Christmas approached, my shipment would be on time - and indeed, it was! Thank you, William! I highly recommend Leather Jacketz! Product is high quality & customer service is excellent!

I was provided with excellent customer service by Ethan Bruce. The jacket I ordered looked exactly like I wanted. I have read reviews from other sites stating the product had a strong petroleum odor…not here! I was happy with the look and presentation of my order. It arrived when they said it would and again the customer service was excellent.

Ethan Bruce was extremely responsive in my request to complete a partial return. While I was not able to get a full refund due to international shipping, I am very satisfied with the resolution. Thanks Ethan!
