AIDA literally changed my life. It is a wonderful program that helps guide you all the way through learning programs, creating a portfolio, interviewing and even support from the alumni group after graduating! It is the best choice for anyone wanting to get into the instructional design field!

This program was essential in my transition into Instructional Design. I really wanted support and hands-on experience in how to go from complete beginner to Instructional Designer. This is an excellent program and now I have real experience and samples for my portfolio with all the tools used in Instructional Design. I can go into my interviews with complete confidence in my eLearning development abilities!

AIDA is a great program. The members, mentors, and coaches are very supportive. I call them my AIDA family. The program is very comprehensive and really prepares you for what you will be doing in the job world. Jill and the team are there for you every step of the way.

Joining the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA) was the best decision ever! I am finally in the career I was meant to be in, and making the salary I deserve.

I found AIDA at a time when I knew that I needed out of the classroom, but did not have a direction. I gave the Jumpstart Workshop a try, and I was immediately hooked. I remember all the times of self-doubt, and how I really began to understand what "imposter syndrome" in, and that it is real. Everyone in AIDA; the mentors, the coaches, the alumni, and my cohort, were so supportive and examples of creativity and strength along the way. The lessons in the program are crafted perfectly and offer the experience that is missing in other programs, even university degree programs. Joining this program really did change my life. I left the classroom, and begin my first ID job in a few weeks. AIDA gave me the confidence to "bet on myself" and helped me find my spark again. I will be forever grateful for that Facebook ad popping up on my feed.

AIDA is a program that provides practical experience with unlimited support. The mentors are knowledgeable and work in the field, so you know you are getting sound advice and support. Jill is constantly updating the program to offer the best experience and she truly cares about her "students" and what they need to be successful. I started with zero experience, and after completing the program I feel confident that I have the skills to succeed in an ID career. I highly recommend AIDA.

If you are on the fence about joining the program, it is completely worth it. There is no way that I could have learned all the authoring tools, revamped my resume and LinkedIn profile, and created a portfolio without the support of the AIDA program, the mentors, the coaches, and the community. After 6 months in the program, I landed a position making almost twice my teacher salary!
