We tried to order the same case of Prosecco through wine.com. After them charging us (3) times, one of which we approved, customer service kept calling saying our credit card was declined and to call our bank. We explained that the charges where showing up on our end and we approved one of them. The customer service was awful. This was not the case using La Vinotheque! I called to fine out if you shipped to Pennsylvania and then was directed to your website. I placed the order, the charge went through and I received my case promptly! The only downside was it was more expensive but you have a friend for life. Thank you!

Called late in the afternoon for a last-minute gift request. Representative was very quick to act upon my order and got it out the door right away. Came just in time for my brother’s 60th birthday. I will be ordering from these people again.
