Amazing customer service and rates. I couldn't have asked for a better person to refinance my student loans through. I have a savings account with them and really enjoy the simplicity of their website.

I’ve refinanced with LR twice and each time it has been a breeze. Dealing with customer service has never been an issue, I always get my questions answered without any problems. I could not be happier with my choice to use them.

It was super easy to apply to refinance loans. Had no issues throughout the process. The underwriting process was a breeze. They needed one extra thing for my application and it didn’t seem to delay anything. I am very happy I refinanced with Laurel Road.
