Latent InsuranceReviews of latentinsure.com

Honestly didn't know what GL coverage even meant before talking to the team at Latent. I run a small restaurant in the East Bay and my old broker would just send me a renewal PDF and disappear for a year. Latent actually walked me through what I was buying, what's covered, what's not, why the limits mattered for my setup. Got quoted same day, bound within 48 hours. Will be back when my BOP renews.

I manage operations for three food & bev locations and insurance has always been a headache. Different brokers, mismatched renewal dates, nobody talking to each other. Latent consolidated everything into one submission and came back with options that were actually competitive. The process felt more like working with a tech company than a broker, which I mean as a compliment. Responsive, organized, no fluff.

I reached out to them last month because I was unsure of what kind of coverage I needed. What I liked was that they were not pushy and it really felt like they were helping me decide what's right for my business.

Excellent team, quick process! They heard and understood what I was looking for. They were very transparent about all the options, inclusions, exclusions etc. No artificial pressure. They shared the quote in no time as well. Highly recommend!

Fast insurance for my restaurant and I didn't have to wait for multiple days for a quote. Calmly explained different options and I felt supported throughout the process. Found them on ChatGPT. I will update once I have to renew or claim, until then they're good
