Damaged product. Customer being ghosted.
We noticed that the product was damaged upon reception. We contacted the company but... they are ghosting us. We don't want to return it. We'd like it to be fixed or swapped. Still, the company never reached out to us and, here we are, paying full price for a half broken product. Very poor customer service, not up to the minimal expectations.
