With years in merchant services and POS, this is hands down the best system and support we’ve worked with. Onboarding and ongoing support are excellent, and the Kwick team is always on point.

This system could not provide refund credit card for the order either quanity items or partial refund instead pay back to customers by cash and accept original credit card fees and taxes charged. Online ordering are able placing when out of stock items for many days. Lack of real human support. Be sorry to chose this software for real work.

As the owner and manager of 16 different kind of restaurants, I understand the importance of having a reliable and efficient point-of-sale system. I switched to KwickPOS a while ago, and it's been a game-changer! Here's what truly impressed me: Remote access and reporting: The cloud-based system allows me to access real-time reports from anywhere, anytime. This provides unparalleled control and visibility over my entire business operation, allowing me to make informed decisions even when I'm not physically present at a restaurant. Efficiency and convenience: KwickPOS has streamlined our daily operations. The user-friendly interface is easy to learn and navigate, even for new staff, reducing training time and minimizing errors. Exceeded expectations: KwickPOS has surpassed my initial expectations. It's not just a POS system; it's a valuable tool that helps me manage my business more effectively. Highly recommended: I highly recommend KwickPOS to any restaurant owner, especially those managing multiple locations. It's a reliable, efficient, and affordable solution that will save you time, money, and stress.

Support call answered less than 30 seconds, it’s amazing. Their tech help me find out I got a network switch turned off accidentally. I have around 9 locations using Kwick for over 3 years now, it is the best POS system comparing with all others I’ve worked with. Highly recommend if you want manage multiple locations.
