I was honestly surprised by how easy the process was. My lock stopped opening, and customer support was very helpful and quick to respond. They approved a replacement under the lifetime warranty right away. It’s nice to see a company that stands behind its products. Thank you

I registered my New York Diamond lock after the 30-day registration period had passed. The lock was originally purchased as a gift, which unfortunately meant I was unable to register it myself within the required timeframe. After contacting customer support and explaining the situation, they reviewed my case and made an exception so that my registration could be corrected with the proper purchase date. I really appreciate the helpful and understanding support. The process was handled professionally and quickly, and it has reinforced my confidence in both the product and the company. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
