Ordered paper in bulk. I had issues with one of the many packages delivered and this is when I started realizing how dysfunctional this company is. They have no phone number and are extremely slow to answer emails. After a few days of waiting they requested I pay over $50 in shipping to send them back the paper. Terrible customer service. Will not be buying again.

Had these papers for a couple weeks now and finally had a need to use them. They are great and work in my printer much better than the papers that came with it. Thank you.
