Glasses aren't worth the 50$ cheaply made wont buy again

I got a shipping confirmation that said that my order would be here yesterday. The order originally started in Indiana. I live in New Jersey. The order was in New Jersey, last week, but has been shipped back to Indiana. And apparently is now being shipped back to New Jersey again. I emailed someone to get more information and was told that sometimes things move through the shipping in a strange way. That was the only explanation. I still don’t have my order, because it’s back in Indiana, where it started. This was supposed to be a gift that I needed to give to someone and was very excited that it would be here yesterday and now I have no idea when it’s gonna be here because I guess the order is just taking trips back-and-forth from Indiana to New Jersey, but never actually going to make it to my house.

Sadly I ordered 4 pairs of sunglasses and I paid for 4 pairs but I only received 1 pair in the mail. My Order number: #KN2820423

Said was delivered and it wasn’t. Was told to wait till Tuesday and would be contacted and haven’t.

Okay.. I'll try keep it short. Recieved damaged pair of sunglasses, paid the return postage, only to be told it was "adhesive" from the "handtags"... weird, they were hanging from a tied sting.. They're sent back, but still damaged. This time the front lens, not the inside. 3 obvious indentation scratches. (I have multiple photos from all angels, videos too that show my nail going into the lens!) Pay for the return, again.. this time though, they claim no scratches, at all. Yet they will fully refund the glasses + postage..? Umm okay, so refunding on both return postage right.. Nope, Just the one.. Ummm, Why refund, Why not send them back if not damaged? (They were) If im getting a full refund, why only refund for 1 postage? These questions have been ignored for over 2 weeks now! So im out of pocket for sunnies i dont have!!! Shame on knockaround sunglasses!
