kleenteeth.comReviews of kleenteeth.com

I've ordered from KleenTeeth before and liked their products, but Customer Service was always iffy. I recently placed another order, did not receive it, and Customer Service did not reply to multiple emails and a phone call. I'm not sure this company is even in business any longer. The website functions, you can place an order, but then nothing happens.

Made a purchase, and after a month there was no update so I canceled my order. Glad I wasnt waiting on anything super important!

There was some confusion with my initial order, but Charles very promptly corrected the problem. Kleenteeth has excellent service and products.

We ordered #131013 from Kleenteeth on Thornton Bridge & Implant Cleaners but Kleen Teeth shipped us ProxySoft without our knowledge. Very dis appointed with Bait and Switch tactics. I am very disappointed with this company. This is a my last order from them.

deliveriy to Israel never arrived, almost 2 months ! they sent to a wrong address in Miami ..... no reply from them, just requested a feedback.... former order arrived after long time. They charge high transport cost and possibly ship by a garbage carrier.

I purchased various items from kleenteeth.com, and they sent me the wrong items. I followed their instructions to return the items, and got no response. I tried sending them numerous follow-up emails, and got no response. I would not purchase anything again from this company, and I recommend that others avoid this company to avoid being taken advantage of.
