Great customer service. Very happy customer
I was having issues with my wheel and contacted King song over Whatsapp was very happy with the great customer service I received. They sent clear step-by-step instructions on what I needed to do to resolve my issue and also sent a video with instructions to follow.

The company has made significant leaps…
The company has made significant leaps forward. Their customer service has been much more customer facing and open to feedback. They take the input and make the changes as necessary. Super happy with KingSong and I'm excited to see what the future holds.
