If you’re looking to sell your house to a company that actually follows through, pays a fair cash price, and buys homes in any condition, I definitely recommend reaching out to Joey at Kernvestors. They’re local, they understand the Kern County market, and they genuinely work to find a solution that makes sense for you. Highly recommend working with them!

I worked with Kernvestors on Multiple Kern County and Tulare County projects. That have always been fair and kept their words towards the process. I also was content with Chicago title with the handling of the paperwork.

The property had been vacant for several years, and we were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and speed of the acquisition manager and the escrow officers. The entire transaction took less than two weeks from start to finish, unlike anything we've experienced before. They gave us an as/is offer after just a 10-minute walkthrough. They truly know what they're doing, and it shows.
