The company I work for has been using Keona For several years. We have been very satisfied with the service. Keona uses Schmitt Thompson triage protocols and makes it easy to walk patients through the triage process We've built some additional protocols and features into the system which works great for servicing our patients and clients. They are always responsive to our needs!

We have been using Keona for nearly two years. Their platform has enabled us to standardize workflows, ensuring both staff and patients experience consistent, high-quality care. Since implementation, our handle times have decreased while maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction. Additionally, the Keona team is consistently responsive and a pleasure to work with.
