The worst customer service I never ordered hats and was sent 2 hats never opened the box and sent hats right back. They refused to give my money back and never returned any of my calls. Horrible company and beware dealing with them...

I have purchased 3 keith and james king hats The 1st one i purchased in 2020 black $500 These last 2 one white king in 2021 for $550 and one brown king in 2022 for $550 plus $24 shipping cost They have obviously changed manufacturers The black king hat is alot sturdier and the red pin is on there well attached The white and brown king hats are very flimsy and the red pin is very lose Its ashame they are charging $50 more for the hats since 2020 in addition to the $24 shipping charges now (Shipping was included in 2020) I would reconsider buying these hats Research 1st AND NO HAT BOX comes with any of your purchase

The hat is guality, but I was shocked that there was no box for the price I paid for the hat. The hat is a gift and there was no box or even a bag indicating where it came from. The box should be the signature statement for this hat, period!! Now I have to find and buy a cheap hat box!! This is not fair!! Please put your hats in boxes like all the other hat stores!!and customers should not have to purchase a hat box for such a distinguished hat!

The hats from Keith and James are superior on every level. The styling, colors and quality are top shelf. This company offers elegance and swag at a fair price. Six hats in, I can’t wait to finish the collection for my man.

Outstanding quality, luxurious products, excellent customer service and an all around great experience shopping in store. I went in and picked up their new style, The Hollywood. I love it. The salespeople were nice, knowledgable and charismatic. I will be shopping at and with Keith and James again very soon.
