The product is ill designed and their support is extremely poor..
We bought a piece of bathroom furniture from this company. They coated the furniture with a water based product that is extremely sensitive to water and changes in temperature. The result is that the furniture got irreparably stained in a matter of a few hours. We got in touch with the company and they said that we should have taken extra care to not let the element get wet. This is a piece of furniture that is specifically sold for a bathroom environment as a base for a sink. It's impossible to be constantly cautious to avoid any droplets of water to fall on the surface. We now have an element that has to be thrown away. We need to spend money to call a plumber to remove it and find something else that fits the bathroom design. They didn't offer any solutions, they just said that it's our fault. Very negative experience, the product is ill designed and their support is extremely poor.
