I want to return the Kalimba I received two weeks ago because it is not in tune and I cannot tune it. I wanted to return it and receive a refund of the purchase price. I’ve sent two emails to the company and have not received a response. There is no phone number to call. I think this company is a scam. I would never do business with them again!

I haven't received my item. It seems to be a scam.

The product never arrived. They won't refund my money. Amazon is selling it for less than half the price. What a scam.

Loved the two items I ordered with Kalimba Workshop. I was kept updated on status delivery (thank you Martin!) the whole way through and both items arrived in excellent condition. Thank you so much!

Trustworthy: When I made my purchase I was a skeptic that this may be a scam like many other online companies. I checked several times for updates. I was getting the usual waiting for this and waiting for that. To my surprise my purchase came in the mail. I was very satisfied with the purchase and the product was as described . Thank you.
