I have been looking at thermal cameras for a while, waiting for the right image quality and price combo for hobby use. I ordered one based off a reviewer I trust, not knowing the brand. They delivered very quickly, provide a 3 year guarantee and the device looks well built. Packaging was good as well. I'll buy from them again.

After 1 year of use, my device showed power and charging problems. After several exchanges of emails with the after-sales service including videos of the malfunction and various tests to identify the cause. A new device was sent to me. I recommend the seriousness of this brand!

I don't know what I did but somehow I made my meter quit working. I contacted customer service and they requested a video of what it was (not) doing. Once they reviewed the video I had a replacement meter within a week. So awesome! Thanks!
