We purchased our trampoline about a year and a half ago. When we moved, we had to disassemble and reassemble it at the new house, and almost all the Velcro top straps broke. I reached out to customer service and within days they had sent me 12 new ones (we only needed 8!) for free, no questions asked. Excellent and quick customer service!

Amazing product and service totally recommend it to every family

We’ve had our jumpflex for over a year. It’s an amazing tool for our active boys especially to literally jump through many difficult times with our 5 year old. I’m not sure how we got through life without it before we had it! We feel very safe in it. When the zipper broke recently customer service was great and replaced it right away.

Not only is Jumpflex a great product, but their customer service is so great! They honor their warranty and they make is very simple to get a replacement. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a trampoline. I feel at ease knowing my kids are safe while on the trampoline! We found holes in our net and mat. I emailed the company and they responded within a few hours. I was amazed! They right away asked for videos and pictures of the issue, and as soon as they received it the shipped us a new mat and net. Totally free. Amazing customer service and really amazing product!!
