I ordered a new safety net because our old one the zipper broke. The ordering process was super easy and the new net showed up within a week. It looks to be the same quality as the original.

We bought the 14’ trampoline for our 3 kids. Ages 14, 11, and 8. It has plenty of space for all 3 of them to jump and handles them easily. It is well constructed and relatively easy to put together. It took me and my 11 year old about 3.5 hours. We received the trampoline faster than the estimated delivery time which was great because it was a birthday present. I ordered the basketball hoop and one of the pieces broke on it within the first couple weeks. Customer service was terrific and they sent me a complete new hoop free of charge within days. I highly recommend Jumpflex!!!
