What a great company, great product, great service. I highly recommend

Trampoline was missing a few pieces, some spacers broke during assembly, and the strap on one sleeve was detached and frayed. Replacement parts were sent out with no fuss. Great customer service. Family/friends have been enjoying it.

After three years of constant use, out net had torn. Jumpflex replaced it, free of charge. The company was very easy to work with and we LOVE our trampoline!!!

The fabric at the top of the net's zipper was separating. I emailed about how I could fix it. I got no help for repair. However, what I did get was a whole new net!!! I was told there's a lifetime warranty. 100+ temps have prevented me from installing this far. I love Jumpflex!

The price of the trampoline is worth every bit, because of the warranty. Kids and dogs play hard with everything, but Jumpflex was super responsive and got replacement parts out the next day!

Even with a couple delays I still received my shade fairly quick. The staff stayed in touch with me to make sure I knew I was not forgotten. They were super helpful. I will shop again and recommend them to everyone!!
