The net tore after 2 years and you sent me a brand new one! Greatly appreciate it!

Experience was great. Every time I called customer service I received information, with delays and much more. Wes, help me so much with my warranty and he sure I had the correct parts ordered.

Great customer service!

They are a great company. Our kids love our trampoline!! Very good customer service. I’m so happy we purchased from them.

We bought a 15’ trampoline and a bit of wear and tear happened from use and such, they QUICKLY replaced the ripped pad with NO question! It was at our front door within 36hrs.!! They’re absolutely amazing!!!!

Amazing Customer Service! JumpFlex and their quality products and customer service is the reason we purchased our trampoline! Our family 100% would recommend them to anyone who is interested in adding more fun to their backyard! :)

Great trampoline. Perfect amount of bounce. It’s held up well for a year. Needed a new safety net and warranty was simple to deal with and quick to respond. Thank you! We love our jumpflex!!!
