I recently ordered from them, and I am awaiting my order. It's been two weeks, andit'ss still on " awaiting shipment " on the site, and no response from customer service

I placed an order on 31st May and it has still not arrived. The merchant provided two separate tracking numbers, but neither has updated with any actual courier scans or transit information. When trying to contact them to find out where my items are, their official customer service support email bounced back as completely undeliverable. I also tried contacting them via live chat, but they refused to provide an active delivery status or issue a refund. I have now been forced to file a formal dispute and chargeback with my bank for goods not received. Avoid this website.

I have order from them on may 1st and have been waiting for a month and half. Every time email them they say that they will send it ASAP and never gives me an exact date.the tracking number they gave me is also false as i can’t track my parcel. Customer service is terrible . Don’t suggest( they also have two different websites)

Unseriöse Seite. Verspricht alles innerhalb von 2-6 Werktagen zu versenden. Aber nichtmal nach 3 Wochen kam eine Bestätigung das es versended wurde. Kauft da bloss nicht

Terrible website, said it was delivered but you didn’t deliver it to my house. Unacceptable, I paid money for this🤬

Una vergüenza ...desactivan las página y se pasan semanas dando largas de que van a enviar el pedido y nada. Si pides reembolso pasan de tu cara y no te contestan ...si quieres perder tu tiempo,la paciencia y tu dinero no dudes en comprarles

Seit 4 Wochen warte ich schon auf meine Bestellung 00340434525236886599, zwei Deutschland Trikots, keiner antwortet mir. Es steht seit 25.05, die Bestellung wäre bei DHL angekündigt, kauft da bloß nicht. Bin mal gespannt, ob jemals etwas ankommen wird.
