I signed up with Pomegranate to take advantage of a sale they were running. Pricing was up front on the website, intake was easy, and I had my order in less than a week. Their customer service representatives are very responsive on Reddit as well. I will definitely be looking to them in the future when the need arises.

I’ve always experienced fast and reliable service, with my most recent order delivered 6 days (not business days) after placing the refill order. I’m very happy with Pomegranate and everyone there I have reached out to. Even if you run into an issue they respond promptly and effectively. I joined during the platform change, so it was a little wonky. Now that has passed and I’ve honestly been so pleased. I use OptioRX and find the meds very effective. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Pomegranate Health! When I ordered my medication, the prescription was approved the very next day and everything arrived just two days later — ice cold and in perfect shape, second to none! I also reached out separately about a prescription copy that wasn't showing up in my dashboard, and their rep, Patricia, took care of it quickly and followed up to make sure everything was set. Fast service and genuinely helpful support from start to finish. I'll definitely keep using them!

Pomegranate has been wonderful for me! I switched to them as I did not have a great experience with other well known providers. But with Pomegranate, intake and switching was easy! If felt like they took my health and concerns seriously. I always appreciate being able to have options when it comes to what I put into my body and Pomegranate has a lot of great pharmacies to choose from. What I noticed with Pomegranate is that you get real people that care. It's not a copy and past kind of doctor or customer service like other providers I've been with. It can be scary starting a new health journey but I felt really comfortable taking this journey with Pomegranate as I knew they would take care of me. And they have! Through their guidance I am no longer prediabetic and my liver is finally healing from fatty liver, which have all been confirmed with labs I took for them. I couldn't be happier with Pomegranate!
