I am so disappointed with Ladder
I am so disappointed with Ladder. I was shocked to find they had taken a second subscription payment, that I had not authorised. Ladder had not contacted me to say they would be taking it. If so I would have stopped it. Also I keep asking for a full refund and they keep asking me for more information and a receipt number that is not on any information they sent me. I've proven the funds went out of my account but still not refund. Awful. I cannot afford to loose £132.48.
